I had learned in the consultation that Hannah and her dad were Star Wars fans so what better way to be playful than a light saber battle? I knew these woudn’t be the yearbook photos but they got us all laughing from the start - that and the fact that I couldn't get one to turn off the whole night and had to put it in my trunk because the sound was so annoying!!

Hannah is a bright soul which I first learned from her step-mom in our initial phone call. As we talked through possible locations and her interests, Glen Haven Beach eventually became the place of choice. 

When Hannah said “Can I chase the seagulls?” I immediately said “YES!” We did some light sabering, running hiking, sweating and near-swimming for this beautiful senior portrait session on Lake Michigan lakeshore.
